Guidelines for Engagement—

Webinars:

  • With your sponsored webinar, you will receive:

    • Inclusion in our email digest webinar announcements.

    • Reminders sent to our email list prior to the session.

    • Social media session announcement on internal and external channels before the webinar.

    • 2-3 curated clips from the webinar for your use post-event.

    • Listing of webinar clips in our digest and platform for all members, with full video access for premium members.

Webinar Logistics:

  • You will receive an invitation with login details on the day of your webinar.

  • Please ensure your speaker logs in 10 minutes prior to the webinar start time.

Webinar Content Requirements:

  • Topics and speakers must focus on clinical subjects of broad interest, demonstrating how your approved product fits into a larger context. Webinars must be educational and clinically valuable.

  • Webinars must be conducted live to include a dynamic Q&A session, which is crucial for community engagement. Pre-recorded sessions are not permitted.

  • Your speaker must be a scientific professional (MD/DO preferred; PhD or Doctor of Physiotherapy may be accepted if relevant). Sales representatives are not permitted to present.

Speaker & Presentation Preparation:

  • Coordinate with your speaker in advance to ensure a polished presentation.

    • Submit relevant details of your topic that our team can work into our announcements.

  • Provide the following details for approval:

    • Speaker name and biography.

    • High-resolution company logo.

    • Presentation title and description.

  • Confirm your details with your designated TOBI sponsor, host, or moderator. All included products must have approval.

Deal Listings:

For Deal Directory participation, provide:

  • Product title and name.

  • Original and discounted pricing. Dicounting pricing must be favored nation / best available pricing.

  • Product description.

  • Sales contact information.

  • High-resolution product images.

All postings are subject to our physician board’s approval.

Post-Webinar Materials:

  • After your webinar, you will receive a media package with 2-3 clips. Please retain the original intro and exit segments, as they direct viewers to the full webinar.

Online Community Engagement

Our online clinical community is curated to maintain a professional and educational environment, similar to hospital settings.

  • Industry partners may engage in designated chat spaces for direct communication with physicians.

  • General community spaces are reserved for educational and clinical discussions, free from advertising or sales promotions.

Membership & Marketplace Access

  • TOBI Account: Sign up for a free TOBI account to access main feed announcements and sample lectures, helping to guide your webinar content.

  • Focused Group Discussions: We can create a targeted group for discussions, allowing you to engage with members directly.

Exclusive Deals & Announcements:

  • Best-in-market approved deals are listed in our deals portal / directory and can be claimed directly online or through your sales representative.

    • Premium members will need to provide their Member ID, similar to other trade associations and group purchasers.

  • Premier members receive exclusive access to Tier 1 deals. Member IDs will be required to access these offers.

    • Members can upgrade their membership via this link.

  • Report any Tier 1 deal claims to: hello@tobinetworks.com.
